About this role

The Budget Formulation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE) by developing, executing, and monitoring budgets for the National Intelligence Program (NIP). This position involves analyzing complex financial data, collaborating with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational and IC priorities. The role requires expertise in government budget formulation, Congressional appropriations, and strategic financial planning within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor budgets for internal and external requirements
Support National Intelligence Program budget formulation and execution
Generate budget reports and Congressional Budget Justification narratives

Qualifications

BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsTS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
