Budget Manager

This role involves managing, planning, and monitoring budget-related activities, including formulating, presenting, and reviewing the budget. The position also oversees the long-term capital plan, purchasing and procurement activities, and ensures compliance with financial policies and laws. The incumbent will coordinate the design and preparation of the Annual Operating Budget and conduct financial analyses to improve efficiency and control weaknesses.
