Budget & Programming Officer

The Budget & Programming Officer is responsible for creating, reviewing, and monitoring Country Portfolio Needs and Implementation Plan budgets to ensure adherence to WFP policies and optimize resource utilization. The role involves analyzing strategic plan budgets, managing resource pipelines, and providing guidance to functional units on fund utilization and programming alignment. Additionally, the officer consolidates expenditure plans, supports decision-making through RMAC meetings, and contributes to capacity development within the Country Office.
