Budget Section Manager

This role assists in the planning, organizing, and direction of all operations within the Budget section of the Financial Services Department. The position acts for the Financial Services Director as requested and is responsible for the preparation and coordination of the City's annual operating budget. The incumbent reviews department budget estimates, develops preliminary and final budgets, and formulates the long-range capital improvement program. The role also involves supervising employees, conducting management studies, and reporting to state and other governmental agencies as required by law.
