Build the Future is Prysmian's global graduate program offering an immersive, multi-year career path for recent STEM graduates. The program begins with a one-week global induction, a one-year rotation across Research & Development and Operations at a production site, followed by a local technical role and a three-year international assignment. Participants receive tailored training, mentoring, and support for career development within Prysmian's manufacturing business.
