About this role
Build the Future is Prysmian's global graduate program for recent STEM graduates, providing an immersive induction and a one-year job rotation across Project Management and Engineering. After local placements, participants undertake a three-year international assignment in one of Prysmian's 50+ countries, with tailored training, mentorship, and career development. The program prepares graduates for technical roles within Prysmian's manufacturing operations.
