About this role
Build the Future is Prysmian’s global graduate program for recent STEM graduates offering immersive company experience from day one. It begins with a one-week global induction in Milan, followed by a one-year rotation across Project Management and Engineering, a country-based technical role, and a subsequent three-year international assignment. The program prepares participants for long-term technical careers within Prysmian’s manufacturing and projects environment.
