Build the Future is Prysmian's global Graduate Program (15th edition) that offers an immersive multi-year development path for recent STEM graduates. It begins with a one-week global induction in Milan, followed by a one-year rotation across Research & Development and Operations at production sites, then a local role and a three-year international assignment. The program is focused on technical development within manufacturing and provides training, mentoring, and global mobility.
