Build the Future is Prysmian's global graduate program for recent STEM graduates, offering a multi-year international development path. The program includes a one-week global induction in Milan, a one-year rotation across Research & Development and Operations, followed by in-country technical placement and a three-year international assignment. It aims to prepare participants for technical roles within Prysmian's manufacturing operations.
