About this role
Build the Future is Prysmian's global graduate program for recent STEM graduates, now in its 15th edition. The program includes a one-week global induction in Milan, a one-year job rotation across Research & Development and Operations at a production site, a subsequent domestic technical role, and a three-year international assignment across Prysmian countries. It is designed to develop technical capabilities and prepare participants for long-term careers in the company's manufacturing operations.
