About this role
Build the Future is Prysmian's global graduate program for recent STEM graduates providing an immersive start including a one-week global induction in Milan, followed by a one-year rotation across Research & Development and Operations at production sites. After the rotation, participants take a country-based technical role for 12 months and then undertake a three-year international assignment to prepare for long-term technical responsibilities within the company.
