About this role

Stedi is seeking a Builder-Operator to join the Revenue Systems & Operations team, where you will own the systems and processes that define the customer journey. This role involves building closed-loop systems to verify, provision, contract, and bill customers while designing workflows that scale with the business. You will work directly with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to identify gaps in onboarding and monetization and ship solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts
Build and own billing systems for complex pricing and contract structures
Define account lifecycle workflows and build automations to replace manual processes
