About this role

The Building Automation Control Systems Specialist supports the campus building automation network, providing high‑level programming, service, installation, and technical support for a variety of BAS, HVAC, and IT systems. The role operates the service desk, manages system alarms and data historian servers, and assists senior technicians with database standardization, software development, and commissioning of new installations.

Responsibilities

Create and update point databases and programmable logic schemes
Monitor, test, maintain, and repair electronic and pneumatic building control systems
Operate service desk to troubleshoot and resolve system functionality issues
