Building Automation System (BAS) Estimator

ModernControls is seeking a Building Automation System (BAS) Estimator to generate detailed cost estimates and bid scopes of work for various projects. The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and project management teams to analyze plans, conduct site visits, and develop accurate cost breakdowns. This position requires a strong understanding of Controls/HVAC, Electrical, and Security systems to efficiently manage estimating tasks and client interactions.
