Building Contracts Manager

This role involves managing the entirety of building contracts, including regular site visits to review progress and quality with contractors. The position requires providing contractual support, advising on potential change orders, claims, and extensions of time, and managing the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. The successful candidate will also prepare documentation for proceedings and oversee document management for all project stakeholders.
