Building Controls Site Assessor

The Building Controls Site Assessor works as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess Building Automation System controls and related HVAC and electrical systems at secure federal and commercial facilities throughout the continental United States. This role combines field investigation, point-to-point controls verification, equipment startup and functional performance testing, network and software troubleshooting, deficiency identification, and formal reporting. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems, BAS controls, and field commissioning or site assessment in secure federal or commercial facilities.
