Building Controls Technician II/III

The Building Controls Technician II/III installs, programs, commissions, and troubleshoots building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) within mission-critical data center environments. This role owns projects and service activities from startup through commissioning and ongoing support, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable system performance. The position requires strong technical expertise in Tridium Niagara, BACnet, and Modbus protocols, along with the ability to read complex electrical and control drawings. Candidates must be comfortable working in active construction environments and traveling approximately 40-50% of the year.
