Building Custodian

The Building Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety, and maintenance of assigned school facilities, including cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep. The role works under the direction of the Senior Custodian and the Facility Manager, handling tasks such as opening and closing the building, monitoring bathrooms, and responding to snow removal and emergency situations.
