Building Division Manager

Under the direction of the Assistant City Manager, this role plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Building Division, including plan review, building inspections, and serving as the municipality's Floodplain Manager. The position ensures all construction and occupancy activities comply with applicable laws and regulations while managing subordinate personnel and resolving complex inquiries. The role focuses on integrating development services to provide an exceptional customer experience and represents the City in court proceedings regarding code enforcement.
