Building Engineer (3rd Class)

The Building Engineer (3rd Class) is responsible for the safe and economical operation and maintenance of all utilities equipment and services across the UTM campus, including the Central Utilities Plant. The role involves routine inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and monitoring building systems to ensure optimal performance. The incumbent also handles off-hours trouble calls, coordinates with contractors, and maintains detailed operational logs.
