The Building Engineer manages contractors, projects, and vendors supporting Cinemark Corporate Office, T.O.P Center (network operations center), and warehouse facilities. The role oversees operation and maintenance of all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, security, and janitorial, while ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic standards. This on-site position requires travel between Plano, TX and Frisco, TX and operates Monday–Friday on location.
