Building Engineer

The Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing all common areas of the association, overseeing major building systems, and responding to property emergencies, including after-hours calls. Reporting to the General Manager, the role also coordinates vendors, ensures compliance with inspections and safety standards, and supports budget and preventative maintenance planning.
