Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the safety and reliability of building systems across managed properties through preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. The Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician responds to work orders, coordinates with specialty vendors for larger repairs, and ensures accurate maintenance records are kept. The position reports directly to the Property Manager and requires a proactive approach to resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
