Building Envelope Specialist

The Falcon Group is seeking an experienced Building Envelope Specialist to support and lead projects involving the evaluation, design, and remediation of exterior cladding and envelope systems across multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings. This role requires performing technical evaluations, developing detailed reports and design documents, participating in bidding and contractor selection, and providing construction administration and observation throughout project execution. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building envelope assemblies, particularly cladding systems, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
