Building & Grounds Technician

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Building & Grounds Technician performs general maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks throughout the warehouse and surrounding grounds. This role requires proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, lift truck, sprinkler, and carpentry systems to ensure all facility systems and equipment are safe, functional, and compliant with OSHA standards. The Technician works independently to maintain operational equipment and respond to after-hours maintenance needs.
