Building Inspector II

The Building Inspector II inspects construction sites and structures to ensure compliance with all applicable building, plumbing, electrical, gas, energy, and mechanical codes, as well as Town ordinances and established practices. The role involves interpreting regulations, reviewing building plans, documenting inspections, and addressing code violations or complaints.
