Building Inspector

This position involves inspecting, reviewing, and evaluating structures, installations, and systems at residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to ensure compliance with building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and safety standards. The role requires enforcing regulations, verifying workmanship quality, and addressing deficiencies or violations found during field inspections. The incumbent will also consult with contractors and homeowners, investigate complaints, and provide technical assistance to the public.
