Building Maintenance Assistant

The Building Maintenance Assistant supports the overall upkeep of the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown property by responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests. This role involves performing preventative maintenance tasks, maintaining grounds and pool areas, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The position requires a minimum of one year of basic maintenance experience and the ability to work five days a week, including weekends.
