Building Maintenance Operator

The Building Maintenance Operator will support day-to-day operation and maintenance of a commercial office property, handling preventative maintenance, inspections, tenant service requests, and coordination of contractors across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems. The role also involves participating in health and safety initiatives, emergency response, and efforts to improve building performance and tenant satisfaction while developing technical expertise toward a future Building Operator position.
