Building Maintenance Supervisor

Mears Group is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead the delivery of planned, cyclical and responsive repairs across tenanted properties in the Croydon area. The role involves hands‑on supervision of tradespeople and subcontractors, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety and building regulations, and providing high‑quality customer service. The successful candidate will also monitor productivity, resource allocation and contract profitability while generating operational reports.
