Building Maintenance Technician II

The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Volunteers of America facilities, ensuring buildings, equipment, and grounds are safe and in good repair. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance, addressing safety hazards, and maintaining facilities to meet safety and health requirements. This position may also require supervising volunteers and contractors while ensuring compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and EPA regulations.
