Building Maintenance Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician II, you will oversee and repair building infrastructure and support systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, managing work orders in a CMMS, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations. You will assist leads in developing standard operating procedures and managing outside contractors for service and repair work.
