Building Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairs, and operations of a building's mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The position requires ensuring the continuous operation and safety of the site by responding to tenant requests, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs. The ideal candidate will have a NJ Black Seal license and experience in building operations engineering.
