Building Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance, repair, and daily operation of City of Allen facilities, ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems remain safe, efficient, and functional for employees and the public. This role performs skilled work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems while responding to work orders and completing preventive maintenance. The position also provides operational support to various departments and assists with facility setup and vendor coordination.
