Building Maintenance Worker / Custodian

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of multiple Clearwater Command facilities and grounds through daily janitorial and housekeeping tasks. The role involves performing general maintenance duties, such as cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, and floors, as well as monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with established policies. The position requires the ability to work independently and follow instructions in a normal office environment with some outdoor exposure.
