Building Maintenance Worker I/II

This position performs routine and complex maintenance and repair operations for all CBS-owned buildings to ensure functionality and comfort for employees, tenants, and the public. The role involves conducting inspections, performing preventative maintenance on building systems, and responding to emergency requests while maintaining safety and quality standards. Employees work both indoors and outdoors, operating various tools and equipment to support facility operations.
