Building Maintenance

This position is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, conducting regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appeal. The role involves establishing and executing preventive maintenance procedures, evaluating and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and coordinating with third parties for specialized assistance. Additionally, the incumbent performs minor repairs, maintains grounds, prepares event areas, and ensures cleaning contracts meet established standards.
