Building Maintenance

This position ensures the efficient and effective maintenance of all City-owned buildings and grounds by completing maintenance work orders and performing routine repairs. The role involves a variety of technical labor tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work, as well as custodial duties and facility setup. The incumbent operates independently under the supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor to support the City's vision and mission.
