Building Manager

The Building Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management, operation, and administration of assigned housing co-operative communities. As the primary on-site representative of Community Land Trust, the role involves overseeing property operations, supporting residents and Boards of Directors, and coordinating maintenance to ensure communities are safe and financially sustainable. The position serves as a key liaison between residents, contractors, and CLT staff to support the successful operation of each community.
