Building Mechanic

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager, the Building Mechanic performs skilled general building and equipment maintenance work to ensure facilities remain safe, secure, and comfortable. The role involves a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, and painting, as well as grounds maintenance when assigned. The position requires responding to emergencies and maintaining compliance with all safety procedures and standards.
