Building Mechanic

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager, the Building Mechanic performs skilled general building and equipment maintenance work related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, and painting. This role is specifically responsible for plumbing needs at William Carey University, providing guidance to other mechanics and leading major plumbing projects. The position ensures facilities are maintained in a safe, secure, and comfortable condition while responding to emergencies and performing various maintenance duties.
