Building Mechanic

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager, this role performs skilled general building and equipment maintenance work related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, and painting. The position is primarily responsible for plumbing needs at William Carey University, providing guidance to other Building Mechanics and leading major plumbing projects. The role ensures facilities are maintained in a safe, secure, and comfortable condition while performing various repair and maintenance duties across campus.
