Building Operator

The Building Operator is responsible for maintaining client facilities in Calgary and the surrounding area, handling routine maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and overseeing subcontractor safety. The role works closely with the Facilities Management and Operations Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient operation of building systems and respond to tenant requests.
