Building Operator

The Building Operator is responsible for performing maintenance, routine, and on-demand services on building and hospital equipment, including preventive and predictive activities. The role involves working from technical drawings and schematics to maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The incumbent will also support facility projects, manage maintenance records, and provide exceptional customer service.
