Building Operator

The Building Operator ensures the proper maintenance and smooth operation of commercial properties, working closely with Property Managers to deliver high-level service and appearance standards. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, supervising tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects, and conducting tenant walkthrough inspections. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
