Building Operator

The Building Operator is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of buildings by monitoring systems, performing inspections, and troubleshooting issues to ensure safety and comfort for occupants. This role involves providing excellent customer service, responding to tenant requests, and performing routine maintenance tasks in common areas. The position requires proficiency in various maintenance skills, including HVAC, drywall repair, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
