About this role

Performs plan examinations for residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects as part of the permit process, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and local ordinances. Acts as a customer-facing resource to explain permit processes, code requirements, and fee calculations while maintaining permit records and coordinating with inspection and other city departments.
