Building Safety Lead

Westminster City Council is hiring an experienced Building Safety Lead to oversee safety and compliance of its housing stock, especially high‑risk buildings, in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 and related legislation. The role involves developing safety strategies, managing the Building Safety Case programme, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cultural change across the organisation, with primary work on‑site at Victoria City Hall and hybrid working available.
