Building & Security Lead

The Building & Security Lead provides day-to-day supervision and direction to Building and Security Attendants at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Phoenix. This role coordinates staffing, schedules, and training, while also handling security monitoring, incident reporting, and facility support tasks. The position works both daytime and overnight shifts, ensuring the safety and operational readiness of the facility.
