Building Services Engineer

This role provides mechanical and electrical engineering support for the maintenance and management of building services systems across key properties on the Eaton Estate. The position involves overseeing planned preventative maintenance, managing contractor supply chains, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for heating, cooling, and electrical installations. The incumbent will also assist with low-carbon asset development and act as a technical point of contact for the Estate Management Team.
